About Gas Contracts Playbook

Why This Platform Exists

Gas Contracts Playbook exists because the natural gas industry has a training gap. Every year, thousands of professionals step into contract management roles with no practical guide to help them.

They're handed contracts full of acronyms — GPAs, GSAs, GTAs. They're expected to manage nominations and imbalances from day one. They're responsible for millions of dollars in commercial exposure. And they're left to figure it out on their own.

We built this platform to fix that.

Every playbook, template, and course is built with one question in mind: will this help a new contract manager do their job better tomorrow? If the answer isn't a clear yes, it doesn't get published.

Our Philosophy

"We write the way experienced mentors explain things at a desk — not the way textbooks lecture from a podium."

Our content is professional but never academic. We use real industry terminology — but we explain it in plain language. We cover the technical details — but we always connect them to what you actually do on the job.

The result is content that a new hire can read on Monday and apply on Tuesday. That's the standard.

Adenike R. Adejola

Adenike R. Adejola is a natural gas industry professional with hands-on experience in contract management across the gas value chain. She has worked with the key agreements, systems, and commercial processes that govern how gas moves from producers to consumers.

She created the Gas Contracts Playbook because she experienced firsthand the gap between what new contract managers are expected to know and what they're actually taught. Her mission is to close that gap — one playbook at a time.

Adenike is also the founder of GasSignal Africa, a media and intelligence platform focused on the African natural gas market.
